Today Delta Holding welcomed the seventh generation of Young Leaders. This year, Delta will employ in its companies a total number of thirty-eight young, educated people who have been selected among more than a thousand candidates, in several rounds of selection, in an organised public competition.
Through a year and with the help of more experienced colleagues who will be their mentors, Young Leaders will get to know the different parts of Delta’s business system and gain their first experience in business.
This program has involved more than 150 students so far and many of them perform important managerial roles in the company.

Experience has shown us that these young, smart people, although without working experience, quickly fit into the system and give new energy, ideas, creativity and business input. Former participants of this program are running our factories, companies, sectors, construction sites…” said Maria Desivojević Cvetković, senior vice president for strategy and development and sponsor of the „Young Leaders“ Program.
